Lovely Litas

Hello there!

Today I’m writing about a new found love of mine that comes in the form of a pair of shoes... If you haven’t already guessed from the title, I finally managed to get my hands on a pair of Jeffery Campbell Litas!!

For those of you who don’t know what these shoes look like (have you been living under a rock?!) here they are in all their glory!

I picked these up when I went to New York with my family in August.  After hours of dragging my less than impressed family around endless shops, we ended up in Urban Outfitters (aka.  heaven) where I spotted these beauties! I’d been umm-ing and ahh-ing over getting these for ages because they are quite expensive and I’d have to pay shipping costs to get them in from abroad but I finally took the plunge and invested in them!  They cost me $212 which is roughly £132 - I know it’s a ridiculous amount of money to spend on a pair of shoes but seeing as I was in the USA and they're cheaper and simply amazing, I couldn't help myself!

I love the spike detailing on the back of the shoes as it toughens up any outfit and makes them completely different to anything I already own.  Seeing as the shoes are quite a statement, I try to keep the rest of my outfit quite simple as you can see from the outfit above, but I’ve previously worn them with my favourite LBD and a red lip for a night out as well.
